Come together as a community to experience inter-generational recreational music making. Participants will learn basic hand drumming techniques using a variety of African hand drums and world percussion instruments and enjoy fun rhythm based activities while creating songs together.

Tai Chi is a graceful form of exercise that combines balance and relaxation with slow and gentle movements. Often described as meditation in motion, tai chi reduces stress and promotes a variety of health benefits. Join us for these free ongoing community-led practice sessions on Tuesdays and Fridays from 1:30 - 3:00 pm at St. Paul's Anglican Church, Beaverton. No experience necessary. A weekly AA meeting takes place in the church hall each Wednesday evening. If you need help with a drinking problem, this meeting is open to you or anyone else who suffers from this addiction.
